- Billing & Transaction Records: When you purchase a promotional tier ("Verified Desk", "Featured Placement", "Sector Sponsor"), payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never store, handle, or possess access to raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. Stripe securely transmits customer metadata, confirmation of payment, and the publication URL to our records.
- Usage Analytics & Search Metrics: We collect aggregated, pseudonymous metrics on directory search queries and outbound publication clicks to evaluate market interest and calibrate institutional rankings.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
