1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided on newsletters.markets ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. The Platform is operated and maintained by MGCB International ("the Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform & Directory Indexing

newsletters.markets operates strictly as an institutional directory, reference index, and comparative categorization tool for publicly available financial newsletters, research desks, market publications, and analytical services.

Indexing of a third-party website, agency, publication, or corporation does not constitute an official partnership, agency relationship, or sovereign endorsement. All trademarks, company names, organizational logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform remain the sole intellectual property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for descriptive, nominative identification and fair-use educational indexing purposes.

3. Financial & Investment Research Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide individualized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or trade execution services. Content, descriptions, and links available on the Platform are provided for informational, research, and comparative market monitoring purposes only. Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, equity, financial derivative, or debt instrument.

4. Paid Sponsorships, Verified Desks & Billing Terms

Publications, corporations, and advisory desks may purchase promotional visibility tiers ("Verified Desk", "Featured Placement", "Sector Sponsor") through self-serve checkout powered by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan.
• Self-Serve Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel recurring sponsorships at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal or via cancellation links included in official billing receipts. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.
• Refund Policy: Due to immediate digital delivery and index ranking activation, subscription fees are non-refundable once an active billing cycle has commenced.
• Editorial Discretion: We reserve the right to decline, demote, or refund any promoted listing that violates applicable national security laws, promotes malicious software, or distributes demonstrably fraudulent information.
• Sector Sponsor ($249/mo) Cap & FIFO Rotation Policy: To ensure visual exclusivity, the Sector Sponsor tier is strictly capped at a maximum of three (3) concurrent pinned publications per sector or category. Pinned placements operate on a strict First-Come, First-Served (FIFO) basis. In the event that more than three publications pay for the pinned position in a given sector, as soon as a new publication subscribes to that spot, the oldest active publication in that position loses its pinned placement and reverts to verified directory status.

5. Outbound Links & Third-Party Platforms

The Platform provides outbound hyperlinks to third-party government gazettes, news media portals, and independent desks. MGCB International exercises no administrative or editorial control over external third-party servers, privacy protocols, or commercial offerings. Navigating to external URLs is conducted at the user's sole discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property & Scraping Policy

The taxonomy, layout, design, software code, and compilations of newsletters.markets are the proprietary property of MGCB International. Legitimate automated indexing by authorized AI search crawlers (e.g. GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot) complying with our published /robots.txt and /llms.txt directives is explicitly permitted. Unauthorized commercial redistribution of the aggregated directory database without express written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts situated in Wyoming, or through binding international commercial arbitration.
